Francesco Camillo · Creative AI Architect & Strategic Advisor

Adopting AI andgetting good at itare not thesame thing.

Most organisations that say they’ve adopted AI are only making the same work faster. My job is making it better.

01 Work with me

Three ways to work with me

01For brands & teams

Most teams that adopted AI this year are faster. Few are better.

I close that gap — from brief to final files, on-brand every time.

  • Strategy session
  • Team workshop
  • Pilot campaign
  • Ongoing advisory: a monthly retainer to keep your team’s AI work at the right standard, after the workshop and beyond the pilot.

02For schools & masters

Most AI courses teach tools. Tools change every six months. Judgement doesn’t.

I teach creative direction with AI: how to lock the idea, protect the brand and scale it without losing it.

  • Modules
  • Masterclasses

03For conferences & events

The AI conversation is stuck on speed. The more interesting question is quality.

Talks for teams who’ve noticed that everything generated is starting to look the same.

  • T1“The idea comes before the prompt”
  • T2“Your brand rules are your best prompt”
  • T3“One idea, every format”

02 Method

How I work

Speed isn’t the problem. Skipping steps is.

  1. 01

    Lock the idea.

Agree the brief and one idea before anyone opens an AI tool.

  2. 02

    Guard the brand.

Write down the brand’s rules before writing a single prompt.

  3. 03

    Scale the idea.

Take one idea into every format without it falling apart.

03 About

About me

For 10+ years I was Global Creative Director at The Adecco Group, working with C-level on brand strategy across 10+ brands, leading teams of up to 30 people and several brand refreshes.

That experience is what makes the change to AI work: I know what good creative work looks like, and I know how to get a whole team there.
